Christmas Stories 2020

Day One.
Evening.

We give praise to The Only Wise God, who has made it possible for us to meet again this year. It is no news that the year has been peculiar in its own way, but we have all cause to thank The God of all seasons, in whose control lies seasons, events, and all mankind.

Last year, on #ChristmasStories19 , we examined #NoRoomInTheInn and our conclusion was that it was no mistake that there was no room in the inn for Jesus, seeing that He has always sought His place of abode in the heart of men. The question remains, has He found a place in your heart? Or better put, has He taken His place in your heart?
Having received great mercies from The LORD this year, The LORD seeks to assert His reputation as a Mighty Saviour in our lives.

See how Scriptures put it:
The Question: Who is this coming from the city of Bozrah in Edom? He is dressed in garments of bright scarlet, robed in a garment dyed bright red, marching like a champion in his great power and might.

The Response: “It is I! I am the one who announces righteousness, I am mighty and ready to save!”
– Isaiah 63:1 TPT

Mankind has two basic troubles. First, is his sinful nature and it’s terrible consequences. While that’s bad enough, it gets even worse when we discover that man cannot save himself.

Man cannot, but God can.
God not only can, He wants to.
That’s the thrust of our meditations this year.
Beloved, do not engage this series, because you have to or because you love to. Please do so, expecting that God will assert His reputation as a mighty saviour in your life this season.

If you need to share when you get this, please feel free to do so. Let all men know that our God is mighty to save.

Good evening, and welcome to #ChristmasStories20
